Have you ever wondered how amazing the human body is in healing itself of ailments and diseases, physical and mental? Want to find out more about holistic health? Make sure to attend a number of life-changing talks at one of Europe's biggest veggie and healthy living shows VegfestUK Bristol on May 23-25 at the Amphitheatre.

One of the highlights of VegfestUK is the Lifewell Wellbeing Hub – a variety of workshops hosted by a number of top lifestyle coaches on a number of topics on holistic health and happiness:

**Richi - heal and thrive now (keynote)
**Ellie Bedford & Donna-Marie Watson - superfood chocolate recipes
**David Saville - channeling your passion to live your dream life
**Stella Phillips - the Tao of food: a liberating guide to lifestyle balance
**William Bedford - cultural mechanics and the art of influence
**Sheena Bratt - The Venus Project: moneyless, resource-based economies.

Other interesting talks on self-healing include Pat Reeves, a cancer survivor and power lifting champion who will tell her story of fighting her genetic cancer and triumphing in her chosen sports at national level using living plant foods; Stephanie Jeffs, raw food and juice junkie who will share her story of losing a whooping 9 stones and curing herself of chronic disease with a juice and raw food programme and Natural Health Practitioner Lia Aquila who will explain how she went from having primary progressive MS, IBS and asthma and being 2 stone overweight to being symptom free and completing her first triathlon by introducing raw food and lots of superfood into her diet.

VegfestUK Bristol enters its 12th year and is set to attract around 20,000 visitors. The talks and workshops above come on top of dozens of cookery demos and short films on the subject of plant-based living. The show also includes 140 caterers and stalls laden with the best plant-based produce, with special offers and free samples aplenty. Add in plenty of entertainment from kids cookery classes, hoola hoops, clay modelling sessions, comedians, musicians – and we have a super show on our hands!

The treats don't just end here in the daytime – the evening part of the show features massive headliners such as Boney M ft. Maizie Williams, Gwen Dickey's Rose Royce, Abba Gold, Peter Hook and the Light, Ruts DC, Goldblade, Zion Train and Black Roots, and they'll playing live in front of an anticipated 20,000 – 25,000 strong crowd at Bristol's historic Harbourside.

Admission from 11am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday is £3 (on the gate) and free for kids under 16. Full admission info and advance tickets for the evening events on Friday, Saturday and Sunday is available at www.bristol.vegfest.co.uk, with a BUY ONE GET ONE HALF PRICE offer running till April 30.
