Discover natural healing & holistic approaches at VegFest Brighton's LifeWell Hub presentations
As we follow our daily routines at a hundred miles per hour every day in our busy lives, it's almost become an impulse to reach for our comfort foods and our trusty pills whenever we get emotionally and physically unwell. But are there more long-term, sustainable and holistic ways of keeping our minds and bodies in tip-top conditions and warding off illnesses and diseases? A series of engaging, empowering presentations at The LifeWell Hub at the upcoming VegfestUK Brighton will leave you well-stocked with ideas on enhancing well-being from the inside out.
Run and organised by self-healing master Richi, The LifeWell Hub serves to provide inspirations on natural healing and holistic approaches to wellbeing for an increasing amount of people who are looking inwards to discover their true selves, inner health and happiness.
The VegfestUK Brighton organisers said, “We're absolutely blessed to have The LifeWell Hub at our Brighton event next year. The LifeWell expert team have provided our visitors with masses of inspirations and ideas at previous events, and thus opened the door to inner health and happiness for many who had rarely or never been exposed to holistic ways of achieving and maintaining well-being.”
Richi added, "The LifeWell and VegfestUK synergy is representative of this wonderful age of integration, and the importance of collaboration between conscious heart-centred initiatives. It's a joy to join hands with VegfestUK in order to reach out together in the spirit of helpfulness, to more and more people who can transform their whole lives with the empowering expert guidance shared at The LifeWell Hub!"
The LifeWell Hub is part of a packed programme of activities at VegfestUK Brighton, which is one of Europe's prime vegan and healthy living events of the year and expects 10,000 visitors over the weekend of March 28th 29th 2015 at the Brighton Centre.
